Job: Airport Ambassador

Premier Work Support are recruiting for Airport Ambassadors for their client over at Heathrow Airport.

The job will involve escorting and looking after Unaccompanied Minors through their Airport transition. Although the work is currently Adhoc, you need to be flexible in regards to working times and be prepared to work weekends.
Additionally as well as being able to cover the hours of the airport which are 04:30-23:00 so ideally persons very local to Heathrow.

The role will involve airside meet and greets, so meeting the minors at the aircraft, and taking them through immigration, baggage control and then into pre-booked transportation.

Additionally, for departing passengers, meeting at pre-booked taxis, through to check-in, security and wait with them and make sure they board the flight.

Candidates who have previously worked with children will be given priority.


REQUIREMENTS:
Good Positive Attitude
Excellent customer skills
A current and valid passport
Proof of NI Number (NI Card, P45 or P60)
A 5 year checkable history
No unspent criminal convictions
Live within 20 minutes of Heathrow Airport

EXPERIENCE:

Excellent warming and welcoming customer service skills are essential and people who have worked or have children would be desirable.

Successful candidates should have had no more than 5 jobs in the last 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously held full Airside ID status.

Please note: Parking is not provided and available, so you will need to be able to use public transport or make your own arrangements.
