What You'll Be Doing

Appnovation Technologies has grown over 50% in the last 8 months and we’re just getting warmed up! This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a dynamic team and drive the high impact hiring results that our sustained growth depends on. Focusing on primarily on full cycle recruitment you’ll also be involved and responsible for day-day HR operations of our quickly expanding UK team. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Generate ideas on building and maintaining our UK talent pipeline
• Ensure that all vacancies are advertised on all applicable media including – external job boards and social media outlets etc.
• Conduct and manage searches on our internal ATS,  LinkedIn and other resume databases
• Screen resumes and call/email potential candidates to screen for technical and cultural fit
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Conduct and manage entire interview process and reference checks
• Conduct weekly recruitment scrums with management team and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates to ensure a robust and thorough audit trail via our Applicant Tracking System 
• Provide tactical & operational talent management (HR) support to our UK operations

Who You Are

First and foremost, you’re innately passion about recruiting the best talent. You will, ideally, be an ambitious self-starter with experience managing the full recruitment cycle and have the ability to develop and maintain both existing and new client relationships.

• At least 5 years of progressive recruitment experience in the high tech industry
• Familiar with full-scale recruitment, especially talent pipeline generation, phone screens, and reference checks
• Proven experience with sourcing, recruiting and signing passive candidates
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one other ATS
• Well versed with HR generalist type duties such as UK labour and immigration laws, etc.
• Interested in business travel
