Scope:
An amazing opportunity as Promenade Waiter/ess for a unique inidividual
- The Promenade Waiter/ess will provide a professional, courteous hosting and waiting service in the Promenade area
- To ensure consistently outstanding service to Guests and maximise business potential.
- Act as an ambassador of the Hotel with guests & colleagues
Main Duties:
Requirements:
- No formal qualification is required for this role
- Fluent written & verbal English is essential
- Second language preferred
- Previous experience in a similar position in a 5 star environment
- Familiar with F&B processes
- Knowledge of 5 star waiting process, procedures & techniques
- IT literate - ability to use basic point of sales systems & with Microsoft office
- Understanding of Hospitality Industry & legislation e.g. Health & Safety, licensing
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
