Job Details Conference, Events and Zest Casual Ref UKI10613 Country UK - England Location Leeds - Hollins Hall Marriott & Country Club Function Food and Beverage Services   Job Description We have several casual vacancies working within our conference and banqueting department and Zest bar and restaurant. Predominately weekends and evening shifts are available.   To prepare the Conference and Banqueting events and Zest restaurant by laying and clearing tables. To serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and service. Complete final breakdown of functions and restaurant, by cleaning the room, and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location. Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, locking doors, breaking down goods, etc. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. Transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. To work in the management Centre alongside our Supervisors and carry out any instructions given.
