On The Beach is the UK’s fastest growing independent online travel. We are currently recruiting for Casual Customer Sales Administrators to join us at our Contact Centre in Cheadle. We
are looking for individuals who are target driven, computer literate with strong numerical skills. You must enjoy working as part of a team and individually, whilst maintaining a customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customers needs through effective questioning and identify sales opportunities by selecting appropriate products to match the customers requirements.
- Handling customer enquiries,bookings and payments in a professional manner.
- Offering excellent sales and customer service by dealing with complaints in a calm and diplomatic way.
- Share ideas with team members.
- Present a solution which suits the customers requirements.
- Overcome objects in order to close a sale effectively and efficiently.
Please Note:
These roles are contract based. Training will commence in December 2013, the start date for these roles will be from 26th December 2013. Hours may vary due to the nature of the work.
