We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Co-ordinator to work within our Glasgow office.
The Team Coordinator is a secretarial role and will undertake works mainly under the supervision of the Team Director and will also work on their own initiative where specific key tasks, processes and routines are established for the team they support.
Whilst there are significant responsibilities in the role they are in support of the Team Directors who take ultimate responsibility, but whom also have a responsibility to cooperate with the Team Coordinator to enable the role to be performed effectively
Specific skills/experience
- Experience using InDesign to an intermediate level
- PQQ and bid work experience
- Experience managing other peoples calendars and emails within Outlook
- Organising international travel and compiling travel packs
- Experience working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and adobe to an intermediate level
- Experience providing secretarial support
- Document control experience
- Ability to hit the ground running
