POSITION
Louis Vuitton first opened in London in 1888. To continue our proudheritage, we are currently recruiting for an exceptional, experienced andcustomer focussed Sales Associate to start their Louis Vuitton journeywithin in our leather goods and accessories department in one of our worldfamous stores in central London.

The role will involve:
Assisting in maintaining the company standard to maximise sales and minimiseloss.
Greeting, serving and advising clients, giving the best service possible at alltimes while introducing additional and alternative sales.
Being fully conversant with the product range including product care, stockavailability and after services offered.
Being proficient at creating and updating client files and developing a clientbook
Maintaining high retail standards and create desire through visualmerchandising
Following company policy on customer complaints, returns and exchangeprocedures.
Working on own initiative and on any specific mission or project as defined byyour line manager. Register all relevanttransaction details onto the database.

PROFILE
The successful candidate will have had at least 2 years experience inretail, hospitality or in a customer facing role.
Experience in Luxury goods- Leather goods, Bags, Shoes, or Sunglasses is an advantageAn interest in fashion is essential along with excellent communication skillsand passion for delivering exception customer service to all.
