Making friends – you’ll see the ‘Asda Way’ at work, the way we create such a warm and friendly atmosphere for our customers and for each other
Learning – each day you’ll learn something new in Asda, whether it’s about the amazing world of retail or the even more amazing world of Asda
Communication – every day starts with a team meeting we call a huddle. Its’ our unique way of sharing information, bonding as a team and staying focused on what we do best
