Womens shoes is an exciting and growing part of Louis Vuitton with many storesnow stocking ladies shoes alongside out iconic handbags and we are recruitingan experienced and focussed Sales Associate to start their Louis Vuittonjourney within in our ladies shoes department in one of our world famous storesin central London and to grow within the company to become an influence shoeexpert and brand ambassador.
The role will involve:
Assisting in maintaining the company standard to maximise sales and minimiseloss.
Greeting, serving and advising clients, giving the best service possible at alltimes while introducing additional and alternative sales.
Being fully conversant with the womens shoe range including design inspiration,product care, stock availability and after sales services offered.
Being proficient at creating and updating client files and developing a clientbook
Maintaining high retail standards and create desire through visualmerchandising
Following company policy on customer complaints, returns and exchangeprocedures.
Working on own initiative and on any specific mission or project as defined byyour line manager. Register all relevanttransaction details onto the database

PROFILE
The successful candidate will have had at least 2 years experience in luxuryfootwear and be a true follower of designer fashion with the ability to outfitbuild.
You must possess a proven ability to building and nurture successful andlasting relationships with customers.
