Ref UKI10476 Country UK - England Location Liverpool City Centre Marriott Function Housekeeping   Job Description To carry out the cleaning of all guest bedrooms and public areas as required, ensuring the Company standards are met at all times • A Casual position based at the Liverpool City Centre Marriott Hotel. Requirements Experience: • Previous experience working in similar environment preferred Skills and Knowledge • Strong Communication skills • Innovative • Pro-active and reliable • Able to work alone and within a team Education or Certification • Good level of English essential Responsibilities The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position: 1. To service bedrooms, using cleaning materials and equipment as instructed by the Housekeeper 2. To remove any lost property left in the room, and give it to the Duty Housekeeper. 3. To renew any used guest supplies to the correct level. 4. To report any damaged or missing items or maintenance faults to the Duty Housekeeper as soon as possible 5 To clean corridor areas within the section, or complete any other tasks as allocated by the Duty Housekeeper. 6 To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction. 7 Ensure that 'special' cleaning duties are carried out in the correct manner. 8 Ensure that any trolleys or storage areas are kept tidy and stocked at the end of the day and rubbish taken out to the skip OTHER • Performs other related tasks as assigned by management. • Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures. • Working hours as required by the business Benefits Package Uniform Meals on Duty Training & Development Worldwide Discounted Hotel Accommodations Leisure Club Membership Food & Beverage Discount Pension Many other local benefits and discounts.
