Fusion is a forward thinking and innovative operator of Leisure Facilities nationwide and we are looking for people to join our Leisure Apprenticeship programme in the following locations:
• Milton Keynes
• Leatherhead
• Hillingdon
• Tunbridge Wells
• Brockwell Lido
• South Charnwood
• Southgate
• Oxford
• Soutwark
• Hounslow
We are offering a 12 month apprenticeship in which you will work towards a Fusion NVQ level 2 as well as gaining knowledge & experience in the Leisure Industry. You will also be required to complete various qualifications in order to undertake the role of Team Leader after your apprenticeship is complete.
Skills Required
• GCSE in Maths & English
• Competent on word & excel
• Experience in a customer facing environment
• The ability to swim to a good standard
• Good oral, numerical and written skills
• Ability to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays
• A solutions-focused team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Engaging & Observant
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade
You will need to be able to work 40 hours per week and we will offer you a competitive rate of pay and full employee benefits.
You must live in the local area to the centre you are applying for.
