Vacancy: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description: Processing orders, arranging delivery and invoicing customers.
Dealing with telephone sales enquiries and conducting telephone canvassing.

Salary: £19,000 per annum

Hours: 9 - 5:30 with half hour lunch (5pm Friday)

You will be happy to work in a small office with 4 other people

The Role:

· Reporting to the Director of Finance and Supply Chain and assisting the Business Development Manager.
· Processing orders on a computerised order processing system and making sure that they are delivered as per the customers’ request.
· Dealing with sales enquiries by email and telephone.
· Invoicing and assisting with logistics.
· Maintaining and updating the company’s customer database.
· General administration and answering the office telephone.
· Occasionally assisting the Director of Manufacturing with quality control enquiries and supplier documentation.

The Candidate:

· Hard working individual with at least 2 years customer service, telesales, sales administration or supply chain experience.
· Must live within 40 minute commute of the offices in Cobham.
· Must have a “can do” attitude and excellent communication and organising skills.
· First rate interpersonal skills are vital as you’ll be working closely with external customers and suppliers at all business levels.
· Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience of using accounting software (preferably Sage Line 50). Familiar with CRM database programmes (ideally Act!), would be an advantage, although training will be available.
· Fluent in English and able to write clearly for customer communication.
· Interest in building long-term relationships with customers and building business.
