This is a temporary post to start as soon as possible on a temporary ongoing basis.
Based in Edinburgh Waverley Train Station you will be responsible for dealing with arriving and departing passengers face to face and supporting them with any queries they may have in regards to check in / out of Baggage along with providing advice and support on platforms and required fares.
As an ideal, you will have proven experience within a public facing role and have the ability to work in a busy and demanding environment whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.
This role requires the ability to commit to shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 7.30am and 11.00pm and hours of work each weekend can vary from 14- 27 hours.
Please note this role could involve some elements of heavy lifting.
