The Green Man is a small but busy pub on Putney Heath, supported by local residents and businesses in the area. It is a very laid back, casual and welcoming pub a short walk from Putney High Street and the many shops.
Our kitchen is an integral part of the business and needs a strong individual to take over and make it what it should be.

ROLES
The successful applicant will be reporting to the GM and Assistant Manager and will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen department.
Cleaning rota's, ordering and stock will all be under your control.
This is a live out position and requires someone responsible and reliable. With he busy Christmas period upon us we are looking to hire someone ASAP.
You will need to have worked in a similar position supporting a head chad and previous Young's back office experience would be a huge advantage

OFFERS
At Young's we provide all full time staff with 28 days pro rata leave, and a 20% discount in all of our pubs. Although this is a small operation a proven track record here will put you in a excellent position for our larger food operations and of course with that comes a higher remuneration package.
