Got a brilliant smile and oodles of natural charm? Do you ooze boundless energy and enthusiasm?
As the face of our business (you’ll be the first person our members see or hear when they walk in the club), you’ll need all of this in bucket loads. You’ll provide excellent customer service, while making sure all internal and external communications are managed effectively.
Friendly and approachable, you’ll already have face-to-face customer service experience under your belt and will be used to dealing with complaints politely and efficiently. With an excellent telephone manner and great communication skills, you’ll be able to dazzle our members while you take bookings, handle enquiries and assist with club events.
