Our Library Service has a lot more to offer than just books. With reading groups, talks and exhibitions, it offers a range of activities for every age group – from Baby Bounce and Rhyme sessions to internet classes for older people.
To deliver all this, we need the right people serving our customers. We have vacancies for Customer Support Assistants across Kent and if you enjoy working as part of a team, have a friendly helpful attitude to the Public and are interested in delivering services to the Community we would welcome a call from you.
You will have good interpersonal skills, feel comfortable meeting the public and be able to undertake a diverse range of tasks, often simultaneously.
Hours per week are worked across a range of hours including 8pm finishes and weekend working.
