Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for people with a passion for retail, who can offer a professional, consistent, and outstanding level of customer service. You will be providing product advice to customers across a wide range of products, and will need to demonstrate the ability to maximise sales opportunities. In addition, you will need the flair to ensure our products are well presented, making sure we stand out from our competitors.

You will contribute to the success of the department through regular contact with your management team, plus you will be kept up to date on which products are our best sellers/ and new arrivals.

We will ensure you have the product information you require to give you the confidence to advise customers, and you will have the opportunity to learn from experience colleagues within your team.

As a casual Conference and Events Associate you will prepare, maintain and service all aspects of the Conference and Evets department. ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times in accordance to Marriott brand standards.
