Job description

Working for the clothing care side of the business in a corporate retail unit. You will be positioned in a shop within a large investment bank. You need to be of smart appearance (in accordance with banking dress and grooming codes) You will be responsible for opening the shop in the morning, receiving customers dirty clothes, ticketing garments and distribute clothes (once cleaned) back to the customers. You will be required to sell stock within the shop and look after all customer queries and requirements. You will be responsible for closing the shop at the end of the day which will include cashing up, the shop will need to be kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times. This is a precision job and a job that requires an outgoing personality. You will need to meet and greet customers and develop good relationships with them. You will need to have a good working knowledge of Excel and be able to maintain spreadsheets. You will need to be able to work alone and be self motivated.
