We are actively recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a global business based in stunning offices in Woking. Paying £19,000 - £21,500 + Benefits. This will see you working as part of a team to deliver an effective finance service to the company, providing a full Purchase Ledger function to the Healthcare business. The role will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Team leader. The RoleA strong Purchase Ledger is required to join the existing finance team. Key responsibilities will involve processing high volumes of invoices, filling invoices and statements, raising cheques for the approved and unapproved suppliers, ensuring supplier statements are reconciled in an agreed format, processing expenses and petty cash claims and ensuring that supplier statements are reconciled in an agreed format, top 30 statements on a monthly basis and the next on a bi-monthly basis and ensuring that any outstanding invoices are passed to sites for authorisation. Taking ownership of a range of supplier accountants and dealing with queries plus any other responsibilities that are agreed with your manager. Your ProfileThe successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have at least one years experience in a similar environment, with good organisation and an eye for detail. Not only this but they must be able to work as part of a team and be a compete user of excel.
