As a result we are looking for an outstanding Consultant to join our recruitment team.
Who we’re looking for
This is a challenging and demanding role, requiring a broad range of skills, but it offers the right candidate an unrivalled level of autonomy and exposure.
Principally, you must have excellent people skills and be a strong communicator at all levels – confident and outgoing, with an excellent phone manner and extremely professional approach. You must also be adept at building relationships with high-calibre individuals, and be a persuasive and sympathetic speaker.
Since you will regularly be required to represent FreshMinds in client-facing situations, you must have an excellent understanding both of corporate environments and the skills required to flourish there.
Ideally you will have previous recruitment or business development experience and you will relish the challenges of recruiting outstanding people into leading firms in a consultative fashion. We would be particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience of graduate recruitment looking to move into a more consultative role.
In this role you will be given significant autonomy, so you must be extremely highly motivated, diligent and well-organised, particularly since you will often be required to work to tight deadlines. However, you will be working in a small team environment, so you will need to show exceptional skills of diplomacy and teamwork to juggle the conflicting demands of clients and candidates.
Ideally you will have a degree a 2.1 or 1.1 level.
