General Operatives
We are looking for tenacious individuals with a "can do" attitude. Due to the nature of the business you must be a team player and have a flexible approach to working. Ideally you will have previous experience within the manufacturing /automotive industry.
Duties include:
* Completing a process within an allocated time scale
* Adhering and working to individual process requirements
* Follow and understand instructions given by your superiors
* Working on a moving production line at a fast pace
* Adhering to quality standards
Skills / Experience / Attributes:
* Manufacturing/Production/Warehouse experience
* A "can do attitude"
* The ability to learn new skills/processes quickly
* Self motivated
* Team player
* Flexible
* Hard working and determined to succeed
* Experience of working shifts (desirable)
You will be carrying out shift work with a rotation of 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights. Current shifts are 10.5 hours long.
Candidates selected will be required to pass our thorough recruitment process and our client's 2 day training school.
Pay rates for Production Operatives are from £11.12 - £17.05 per hour (depending on shift / length of service).
