Are you pro-active and a great communicator? Do you enjoy working with customers to find the most optimal solution to problems and delivering high quality service to both external and internal customers?

As Customer Care Representatives, you will focus on supporting the PAA business. The position will be part of the existing teams in Amersham Place and act as experts for the PAA order management process and any customer queries for PAA products.
You will take full wing-to-wing ownership of daily transactions from customer inquiries to order processing. We aim to make the order process as straight forward as possible for our customers and ensure we take full ownership and responsibility for solving problems. We drive increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer care.

• Provide excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external.
• Gain trust from customers and commercial partners by building close relationships and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.
• Provide knowledge and accurate information to customers.
• Order Entry and order management to deliver as requested.
• Pro-active and timely Backlog Management.
• Follow Shipment and installation to ensure Revenue collection occurs on time.
• Measuring order accuracy.
• Provide the following specific support for customers:
- Delivery, stock information
- Product information
- Management of service calls
- Management of replacements & free of charge shipments
• Establishing and maintaining effective communication with appropriate individuals through the process such as Distribution, Finance and Sales teams.
• Ensure all responsibilities are implemented in accordance with agreed service level and standard operating procedures.
• Proactively seek customer satisfaction calls.
• Written and oral fluency in the following language(s): English
• Previous client and customer service experience
• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive “can do” attitude to customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong team player with ability to adopt a flexible approach to maintain and improve the quality of service.
• Ability to work well in a busy customer service environment.
• Competent MS Office skills and comfortable working with different systems.
