We are looking for Full time and also casuals for the Christmas Period
You will be required to:
To learn all the aspects involved in the organization and working in either the Spike Bar, the Long Bar, the Restaurant, the Halfway House or the Drinks Buggy and at the same time to be an integral part of the Food and Beverage Team, carrying out all instructions and assisting where and when necessity arises.
Collect working instructions from Manager/Supervisor daily and assist them as required and directed.
Discuss with Manager/Supervisor function sheets, menus, wine list and special requirements. Know your menus/wine lists so that you are able to recommend dishes/wines.
Work regularly from each outlet assigned (Spike Bar/Long Bar/Restaurant/Halfway House/Drinks Buggy) in order to obtain maximum benefit and experience.
Assist in the cleaning of the outlet you are working regularly as directed, including emptying bins, washing down of Drinks Buggy, mopping floors etc.
Serve members, guests and customers as required, be attentive to them throughout the meal and anticipate their requirements.
Collect relevant dishes served to guests, watch diners for completion of courses and collect dirty dishes from table and serve next course; keep tables tidy during meal and reset on completion of meal.
Prepare and display buffets, BBQ, Carvery stations and assist in serving guests.
Change all table linen and send to laundry as required. Keep adequate stock in the linen cupboard.
Maintain and polish all silverware, glassware and crockery to a high standard of cleanliness.
Lay tables for service. Ensure a proper “mise en place” for the type of service required. 
Clean and refill all condiment holders, keep all service stations clean and stock up as requested ensuring that stock is rotated.
Report any faulty equipment to your line manager.
Due to out location you will require your own transport
