Customer Service Consultant Casual Engagement (maximum of 12 consecutive weeks)

Working as part of our busy team, building a great rapport with customers will come naturally to you as you work in all areas of the Post Office, including the Counter, Postshop, Travel Area and Meet & Greet.
You will need the ability to communicate easily and effectively with customers and match our products to their needs. A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service, while driving sales of our innovative products and services is essential.

We need you to have:

• The passion to be the best and driven to identify potential sales opportunities and meet sales targets
• Able to remain calm under pressure and always be polite and friendly with customers and colleagues
• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service with great interpersonal skills
• Flexible and self motivated, with excellent time management and team working skills
• Good numeracy and literacy skills with a keen eye for detail

Hours: As required
Hourly rate : £8.22

Work Location : Office Based

Job: Scheme Manager (Supported Housing Officer), Sussex

Fixed Term Contract - 31/07/2014 - 14.5 hours per week. Starting salary from £17,244 per annum pro rata rising to £19,160 per annum pro rata with service + car allowance £1,800 per annum

You will work across Hastings & Rother districts as part of our Homes & Communities team.

We are seeking a highly motivated person to provide a brilliant service to our elderly residents on casual basis.

You will take responsibility for housing related support tasks liaising with the on site care team in our extra care scheme in Ticehurst.  Your role will be to support residents, co-ordinate activities and ensure that the scheme is safe and well-looked after.  You will be supported by other staff such as housing officers and resident involvement staff.

If you are a well-organised self-starter who cares about people, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to really make a difference.

A Full driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel.
