The Part time (Job share) Funeral Arranger will be an integral part of the business ensuring quality, care and consideration for our clients at a very difficult time.
The location will be our Hanworth Branch TW13 6AL
Previous experience is not required, we will train the successful candidate to ensure traditions and values are respected and maintained over a 3 month one to one training period.(This will probably take place at our Brentford/Feltham branch).
The successful candidate will have an administrative background, I.T. skills and a caring personality.
An ability to adapt to our clients needs is essential and previous experience of customer facing roles is required. The candidate will be exposed to the deceased when viewing in the chapel of rest only.
Candidates must be extremely smart in business attire- casual dress is not permitted.
The hours will be 8.30 - 5.00 Monday and Tuesday and 8.30 - 5.30 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and overtime will be paid. The part time rota can be adapted to suit candidates, but generally preferred is one week on and one week off.
We invite staff to join our Private Medical Scheme, Pension Scheme and sick leave is paid.

A Customer Delivery Assistant is the customer champion for Tesco.com.
They are considerate drivers and offer great customer service by delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner. They are also key members of the team and work to support their in-store colleagues.
They understand the importance of maintaining the quality of products so that they arrive with the customer in good condition and are confident managing queries appropriately.
A Customer Delivery Assistant is confident driving a 3.5 ton delivery vehicle, in accordance with all laws and health and safety procedures.
They are able to read a map and navigate to multiple addresses within allocated time slots, even in unfamiliar areas.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Hold a full UK Driving License (or EU equivalent) for at least one year.
  • Have no more than three current penalty points on their driving license.
  • Must not have a current drink driving conviction.
Flexible working
If you are recruited on a flexible working contract you will have a number of core hours which you will work every week. In addition you will be asked to provide your 'availability' to work additional flexible hours and you may be asked to work all or some of these additional hours each week. You will be given a minimum of 24 hours notice of the additional flexible hours you are asked to work, but should normally be given up to 7 days notice.

You’ll support the Pharmacy teams, as the first point of call for customer queries. Inspire them with your amazing customer care and attention to detail. Your love for fantastic and really personable service will keep our customers coming back. You’ll be part of making them feel good on so many levels.
How will you do it?
Build great relationships with the Pharmacy teams across the stores you cover, the more advice we can give the better our customers feel. Share what you know with your team, it could make such a difference to someone.
Know our customers – it can make such a difference to the way we do things. By passing on feedback and taking action, you’ll be part of improving our care, even more.
