A long established, reputable International Life organisation who provide financial solutions for Protection, Savings, Investments and Pension Planning are expanding and are now seeking experienced Sales Support Administrators to join their busy team in South East London. The purpose of the role will be to administer Life, Pensions and Investment applications, dealing with payment processing and customer enquiries. It will be a 35 hour week and the hours of work are 9.00am - 4.45pm. Flexible working time is available from 8.30am and 9.30am and 4.15pm and 5.15pm subject to departmental requirements. Lunch is 45 minutes Monday to Friday. In additional to a competitive basic salary you will receive an a benefits package consisting of a Non-Contributory Pension plan, Life Assurance, Season Ticket Loan, Company Sickness Benefit with an extended Sick Pay Scheme. My client operate a Smart/Casual Wear day on a Friday.
It is essential that all candidates applying for this Sales Support Administration vacancy possesses administration experience within Life, Pensions and Investments and have dealt with the processing of applications and contracts. You will have excellent communications skills both written and verbal, strong administration experience as well as being very organisation and be able to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
