An Assistant Manager is urgently needed for an amazing International premium womens and menswear brand based in London. This store is open Monday to Friday only!!!!
This brand is well known for its on trend style, covering a range from casual to evening wear. This is your chance to join a premium designer brand renowned for style and quality as well as offering fantastic career progression opportunities.
This could be a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor who has experience working in at least £1million store to move onto an assistant Manager position! Or an assistant manager looking to make the next step in their career moving into the super Premium sector. Successful candidates will have strong people managerial experience and wealth of exposure to mens or ladies ready to wear. The ideal candidate will be commercial and familiar with working to KPI's as well as being customer focused and service driven.
* You must be well-spoken, well-presented and confident
* You must be able to maintain a very high standard of customer service
* You must be a strong manager and team player
* You must be able to build long-lasting relationships with all customers and build professional relationships with staff.
* You must be target-driven and have a clear understanding of working towards KPI's.
* You must be motivated and obtain strong communication skills.
In return, the company offers a fantastic salary of up to £17,500 plus comm and bonus!!!
