Roupell Park Residents Management Cooperative Limited is a resident led organisation that manages 574 homes on behalf of Lambeth Council under a Management Agreement.
Following a staffing restructure, the post of Team Administrator was newly created to support the Estate Director and other team members.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing an excellent service to our residents and will also have:
  • Experience in a customer facing service.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage varying demands and prioritise accordingly.
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience of handling financial information.
  • Good minute taking skills.
  • The ability to attend evening meetings, as required.
