When you join our client's team as a Support Worker, you will provide care and support to help people with learning disabilities and other complex needs reach their full potential – and of course they’ll make sure that you reach yours.
Whether you want to work full time, part-time or casually; whether you have some previous experience of care or you don’t, they’ll give you comprehensive training and great rewards.
From day-to-day, you could find yourself helping people go to college, take a holiday or learn to cook, or any one of a number of other activities. Quite simply, you’ll be the one to make lives better and more enjoyable – and our client guarantees you’ll have plenty of fun along the way.
Our client requires you to hold a full driving licence as you will be expected to drive the service vehicle to ensure the people they support are able to access activities within the community. Our client also offer all the training, benefits and options for career development you would expect from the number one in their field.
