Learning ProviderQuest
Learning Provider DescriptionQuest is a private training company, established in 1989, delivering training services to young people, adults and businesses in the London area. They offer Apprenticeships, vocational qualifications, and Foundation Learning for 16-18 year olds. The company's aim is to provide high quality, affordable and flexible training to local businesses and their staff and to provide young people and adults with jobs and vocational training designed to improve their career prospects. Apprenticeships are employer-based quality training programmes for school/college leavers, unemployed young people and young people who are already employed, leading to a vocational qualification at level 2 or 3 plus key skills and, in most programmes, a technical certficate. Apprentices learn on the job, building up knowledge and skills, gaining qualifications and earning money, all at the same time. Most apprentices are employed from the start of their training and are paid a salary that reflects their skills, experience and ability. There is no set time to complete an apprenticehip but, depending on the occupational area chosen, they can take anything from 12-24 months.
