Job: PA for digital start-up

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright and switched on PA who would like to work for a hugely successful growth start-up in the new media, software and digital space to join a small but very friendly team in London. This is an early October start PA maternity contract for 12 months initially and could be extended.
Since the company started just over 12 months ago they have taken on some pretty enviable clients so as PA you will be working alongside the 2 co-founders, 4 developers and 1 designer and you will be responsible for:
  • The smooth running of the office
  • Supporting the 2 founders with diary management, meeting bookings, travel and emails
  • Helping to re-word technical documents into everyday language for client pitches
  • Payment of suppliers and invoices (Xero), banking, personal expenses etc so you will be good with numbers
The team work with Apple Macs so you must be confident in using one with prior experience. Their office has a lovely laid back atmosphere where suits are out and jeans and t-shits are in. Our client would like to see PA’s with around 2 years experience in a creative/agency type environment who are interested in working for a start-up who can demonstrate loyalty and commitment over the duration of the contract. Ideally you will be a PA or Team Assistant already, degree educated with excellent writing skills to help out with pitch documents and if you have technical/development knowledge this would be an advantage but is not essential.
