Brief Description
IRC5209 - Overhaul Team Support  - Selhurst Repair Shop
12 month Maternity cover ONLY, Full time, 39 hours per week.
Mon- Thurs 09.00 – 17.00 Fri 09.00 – 16.00
circa £21,000 depending on experience - maternity cover (Band D)

Provide an administration and secretarial service that will maximise the efficiency of the depot.

Detailed Description
Job Purpose:

·         Control of IRMA & IVOR systems for all staff and ensuring that all information relating to attendance is passed to payroll in a timely manner.

·         Responsible for maintaining accurate sickness records and providing administrative support to managers when implementing the MFA procedure.

·         Responsible for monitoring annual leave and providing regular outstanding leave reports to managers.

·         Responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of personal files.

·         Responsible for maintaining medical records database and arranging medical examinations in liaison with the HR Department.

·         Input data into the Ravers systems and tact.xv to, produce associated reports and transfer data to Derby on a weekly basis.

·         Responsible for the control of purchasing non IMACS stores orders using oracle.

·         Maintain accurate records of Hidden 18 breaches and pass to the Depot Manager

·         Responsible for monitoring driving licences and producing a list of staff authorised to drive depot vehicles.

·         Control and issue of parking permits.

·         Carry out designated document control duties.

·         Control and update Rule Books and other documents issued to staff.

·         Deputise for the Depot Administrator as required.

·         Manage the training plan in line with the repair shop managers requests

·         Control and management of the fleet overhaul and projects managers diary and the repair shop managers diary

·         Minute taking duties as required

·         Assist as required.
Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
Good communications skills both written and verbal.

Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
