HEALTH RECORDS CLERK

Band 2 - £14,294 to 17,425 (pro-rata)
29.5 hours - 24 month Fixed Term Contract

A Health Records Clerk position has become available within the Health Records Department offering a 24-month fixed temporary contract to join an established team within the Health Records Department (Bayton Road).

Duties will include pulling and filing of case notes, clinic preparation, processing email requests, answering the telephone and general clerical duties. This will be a fast moving target driven environment working with accuracy to tight deadlines.

A minimum of one year’s experience of working in an office environment is essential. Relevant training will be provided. A good general standard of education is required together with keyboard or computer skills. Previous experience of working within a target driven environment would be advantageous. A good telephone manner, good organisational and communication skills are also required.

Post Vacant : 29.5 hours

Week 1 Saturday and Sunday 8.00am – 5.15pm includes half hour lunch break
Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday 4.00pm – 10.00pm

Week 2 Saturday and Sunday 8.00am – 5.15pm includes half hour lunch break
Monday and Tuesday 4.00pm – 10.00pm

Week 3 Thursday and Friday 4.00pm – 10.00pm
Monday and Tuesday 4.00pm – 10.00pm
