Responsibilities We have a number of casual opportunities throughout the summer season (April – November 2014) based in our award winning water parks at Rutland Water, Grafham Water and Pitsford Water. As a General Assistant, your role can be working in our: visitor centres; cafes; retail outlets; fisheries; watersports centre or as part of our many events.  Set in the open countryside, our parks are the central rural attractions in their areas and offer a wide range of activities.  Our Reservoirs attract hundreds of people of varying interests from walking to angling and wildlife to watersports, we cater for them all.  Requirements Your preferred role will require some specialist knowledge but the one thing all the roles have in common is providing first class customer service to all visitors.  You will be enthusiastic about our sites and keen to share your enthusiasm with our customers.  You will have responsibility for cash handling and assisting customers through knowledge of products, promotion of services and providing first class information to make their day enjoyable. You will help us maintain a clean and safe environment. Most importantly you will show flexibility and a willingness to learn about all aspects of our activities. If you wish to register your interest in joining us, you will ideally need previous experience in the retail, catering and or customer service industry and be available for weekend working.
