The Football Association (The FA) is the governing body of football in England and is responsible for promoting and developing the game at all levels from grass roots through to the Professional Game, The FA Cup and the England International Teams.  
Reporting to the Head of On-Field Football Regulation and Security, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the On-field Football Regulation team.
Key accountabilities include;

·      Assisting with issues handled by the On-field Football Regulation team, specifically  with regard to Stadia, Safety and Security.
·      To administer the process for dealing with crowd misconduct reports.
·      To assist the Regulation team with video editing of on-field and crowd control incidents.
·      Handling internal and external telephone inquiries.
·      To transcribe taped interviews and take dictation as required.

To succeed in your application, you must possess the following:

·         Excellent organisational skills
·         Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion and attention to detail
·         Audio typing
·         Strong communication skills with the patience, tact and confidence to liaise with people at all levels both within and outside of football, including the ability to gather information from potentially difficult calls and situations
·         Self motivated with the ability to work systematically both unsupervised and within the team environment
·         Good interpersonal skills
·         Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and where appropriate work on own initiative
·         Ability to deal with highly sensitive information discreetly and confidentially
·         Advanced IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
