Retention Customer Service Advisor - Uddingston - Part Time Fixed Term Contract

At British Gas, our goal is to look after our customer's world and to put ourselves at the heart of British homes. The  Retention Customer Service Advisors will deal with a range of customer enquiries, with the main focus of the role being to retain these customers with the business, ensuring service excellence is delivered to all customers who reach retention.
 
This job is based in our call centre in Uddingston, G71 7TW (with free parking)
