This is an exciting opportunity to work with Leicester College in its partnership with the National Careers Service. You will be part of a team supporting clients and helping them find and develop their future careers.
You will provide information and advice regarding courses & training to clients and liaise with colleagues in setting up appointments. You will also input client data onto data bases with an emphasis on progression and action. Confidentiality is key for this role as well as providing an impartial service. Excellent communication skills are essential both verbal and written through the production of presentations and reports.
The careers team is vibrant and the work involves constant evaluation in order to provide the best service possible to clients. Training is essential to the team as a whole and there are many opportunities for staff development.
