That’s why it’s crucial that you understand our industry and our business, so during this program, you’ll receive a business induction and classroom training, as well as learn about the core technologies used in the finance industry. You’ll also take two rotations within different IT areas – giving you real objectives and real work. And you’ll get to study for professional qualifications at the same time.
To apply, you’ll need to be in your final year of study with a predicted 2.1 in any degree discipline. You’ll also need to be eligible to work in the UK. A passion for IT, plenty of ambition and a desire to get noticed for all the right reasons will be essentials too – because on our small team, you’ll be part of big projects from the very start.
