What’s the job all about? Our small teams of around 20 colleagues are at the heart of communities where we have local people serving local people. The work is really varied so you’ll never get bored – it’s not uncommon to be serving customers at a checkout, working a delivery and baking off bread (not all at the same time of course). You’ll spend time ensuring your shop is set for success and interacting with our customers. You’ll be part of a highly energised team who work hard and get the job done. Our stores are successful when we all work together as one team to deliver a great experience for our customers, and our people make the difference. We’re early birds (5am starts are not uncommon) and night owls (our shops are open until 11pm) so flexibility is really important to us. What do you need to have done previously? We’re interested in hard working, flexible people who can work as part of a team to deliver great customer service every time.
