Job Description
Senior recruitment consultants focus on the development of new and existing business with a specific region and technical discipline.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Management of the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Generating new business and developing client relationships.
• Identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates.
• Assisting with coaching/mentoring junior consultants.
• Meeting with clients on business trips in European destinations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Recruitment experience
• Minimum A Level education
• Evidence of 150K+ sales figures in a 12 month period

Salary
£25k + Commission
Commission0 - 10,000 = 10%
10,000 - 15,000 = 17.5%
15,000 - 20,000 = 22.5%
20,000 + = 30%
