GUI Development Role - Global Inter Dealer Broking Firm - Front Office Trading SystemsA global inter dealer broking firm are actively seeking an experienced developer to work within their Front Office trading systems development team.The role, which is based in London, will be working on web orientated GUI technologies, the development and maintenance of broker and Front End trading client applications, and the growing needs of the business.The role will provide you with exposure to all aspects of project life cycle, and fast paced and fast changing environments.Your duties will include the following;*Development and maintenance of software solutions*Work will all business areas to ensure business and technical requirements are met*Provide enhancements to existing applications *Develop tests for existing and new applicationsYou will have the following skills;*Experience of HTML 5*Experience of JavaScript, XSLT, HTML forms experience*Exposure to CSS3, XML and XSL*Experience with windows GUI development*Understanding of industry standards*Expert knowledge of Object Orientated programmingAny of the following skills you may have;*Experience of developing client/Real Time/Server Side applications*Experience of APIs and DLLs*Exposure to any of the following; C++, UNIX, Java, .NET, C#This is a fantastic opportunity for an industry leading company to work on cutting edge projects, technologies and environments.
